I enjoyed my two-night stay in the spacious Club Double Room, surrounded by beautiful grounds perfect for leisurely walks. The attentive staff added to the experience, particularly during the exceptional dining, which featured a varied and delicious menu. the service could improve, as I noticed delays in addressing requests and some food arrived lukewarm. Still, a lovely place for a relaxing retreat.

We had a lovely two nights in a stunning room with a hot tub, and the breakfast buffet was incredible. The gardens were beautiful for a peaceful stroll, but the service needs improvement.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved exploring the beautiful grounds and taking a relaxing boat cruise along the River Thames. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the rooms were fantastic—comfortably decorated and clean....  

The Junior Suite was gorgeous! Super spacious with period furnishings and a comfy seating area. The bed was huge and really cozy, which made for a great night's sleep. Plus, the bathroom was stylish and well-equipped. the view was just of a grey wall, kind of disappointing considering the price. Had some trouble with housekeeping too—a bit frustrating at times. But overall, comfy enough to enjoy the stay.

Housekeeping felt a bit haphazard at times!!! Standards of room amenities didn't match the price point!!! The spa hours are quite restrictive, leaving little opportunity for relaxation!!! Room assignments could use better management!!!
